Our ShaynaMade policies are subject to change in order to serve you better. Each point below is written ultimately with YOU in mind and have come thru working with thousands of entrepreneurs.
- Mission Statement - By choosing ShaynaMade, keep in mind that you are choosing to work with a small team of real people. We care for you and want you to have the BEST designs and printed products possible. We want your business to succeed!! We will always work to provide the best customer service, the best designs, and the best correspondence. We know that the service we offer is IMPECCABLE. The products we offer are the FANCIEST. We are hard to match. And we are confident in that fact. Tens of thousands of clients echo this truth. They have been very patient and kind during the design and print process. They have found their ShaynaMade products to be well worth the wait. And in the end, it exceeded their expectations.
- Copyright & Customer Liability - When placing an order with ShaynaMade, you must have the rights/permission to utilize the files and images submitted to us; we will not be held responsible for illegal use of files, images or the final product. You as the customer accept sole responsibility for copyright, trademarking, and the reproduction of images. We can NOT design or print anything that greatly mimics iconic brands (ie: Barbie, Disney Characters, Sports Teams, etc) unless you have gained legal permission from the company to do so. You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner’s exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work.
- Proofing Process - Here at ShaynaMade, we have an thorough proofing process for each and every order. To some, it may seem like overkill in the midst of it, but every word we type and proof/image shown is there for a reason. The ultimate end is to provide you with beautiful cards that you LOVE & that are functional in every way. Full responsibility lays on the client to proof read & ensure everything is as they'd like before the project is sent to production/print. If there is a technical error on our part regarding the final product, or if there is damage during shipping, we will offer a free reprint of your product.
- Revision Cycles - For all projects, an initial concept (proofs) will be given based upon the information you have provided to us within the design form. Then there will be three revision cycles available to you. This allows time for us to tweak your design to perfection. Anytime you give us feedback, that is considered a revision cycle. Before giving us feedback, it is important for you to take your time and thoroughly think through what changes you would like to see. After you receive proofs, the deadline to give feedback for each revision cycle is within 5 business days. The deadline is in place to help this project keep moving forward in a timely fashion. 99.99% of the time we are able to deliver a perfect design to the client within the included revision cycles. However, in the rare case that more revisions are needed after your three rounds of proofs, there will be an additional fee associated with each additional revision cycle/proof needed (prices listed below). This does not allow for the scope of project to be changed. It is only further tweaking the existing concept. Those revision requests must come to us in one single email and within 5 business days.

Custom Logo Designs Additional Revision Cycle Fee - $250
Premium Logo Designs Additional Revision Cycle Fee - $500 - Scope of Project - During the design process, our team will be bringing forth the design concept that you have explained in the design form. Once the design process begins, If you have a change of mind or want to completely change the original concept/idea, there will be an additional fee. Deviating away from the original design concept will require an additional fee of $125 for printed goods ($300 for custom logo designs and and $550 for premium logo designs). It will also require you to fill out a new design form with your new ideas.
- Cancellations - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order including, but not limited too, these reasons: (i.e. threatening, vulgar obscene content or language, inappropriate images, hate speech, rude and condescending communication with our team, etc.). If there is a technical error on our part regarding the final product, or if there is damage during shipping, we will offer a free reprint of your product. You are responsible to inspect your final product upon arrival. If there is an issue with your final product, you must contact us within 5 business days to let us know. After that point, we will not be able to guarantee any sort of “fix” for your order. If we lose contact with you/do not hear from you with updates for more than 60 business days, your order will be cancelled with no refund available. Order older than 60 days can be reopened for a fee of $50. All orders within ShaynaMade are non-refundable. If applicable, we can apply store credit to your account.
- Please use a smartphone/QR reader against your phone or computer screen to ensure that the QR code is working as you anticipate. The QR Code will be printed as seen within the digital proofs during the design process.
We will not be responsible if the code is not properly linked; responsibility falls on the client to ensure it is working prior to production. Once printed, there is nothing we can do on our end to change the QR code and a reprint will be required at your expense.
- Publicity of Work - We retain the right to showcase your finished product as part of our portfolio of work.
- Turnaround Time - We are unable to guarantee any sort of turnaround time. This is due to the fact that sometimes unforeseen things happen that are completely out of our control. These things can include: hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, mail delivery delays, packages getting misplaced by the mail delivery system, printer malfunctions, parents getting sick, house fires, emergency room situations, etc. We realize that everyone is in a hurry to get their designs and items ~ and it is certainly our goal to deliver as quickly as humanly possible. However, there are certainly things that we have zero control over ~ and as we all know, that is the nature of life. In a perfect world, it would be amazing if the design was done in one day and the product was delivered yesterday with no hiccups. But unfortunately, none of us live in a perfect world ~ {insert sad face}.
- Logo Designs - The purchase of a logo includes the designing of your new logo and all files. You have full ownership of the logo files we provide to you. You can use your logo design however you would like. The purchase of printed goods is for the designing, printing, and shipping of your item. No digital files are included with the purchase. If digital files are needed of your design at a later time, we do offer file delivery packages. We always keep your files on hand to make reordering and other projects easier.
- Color Matching - The final product will be very close to the design proof, however we do not guarantee a precise color match on your final product due to the variance in ink, paper stock, and monitors/mobile device screens. We do offer Pantone Ink as an option that would guarantee color matching 100%. Please let us know if that is something you are interested in.
- Due to the variety of monitors and browsers, colors may appear slightly different in person versus on your computer or mobile screen. Screens are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. We do not offer color matching services. Although we try our very best to match the color themes provided, we are not able to 100% guarantee a color match.
- Inks do have a tendency to soak into the variety of paper stocks differently. The Suede Stock is a bit more porous, meaning that the colors do naturally soak into the paper a bit more than say our glossy or silk stock. Colors will darken a bit. This is something that we are not able to prevent at this time and just a natural part of the printing process.
- We do not recommend low contrast designs (for example a very dark grey against black).
- Foil and Spot UV Gloss does have a natural tendency to shift during printing. This is normal protocol when working with aqueous substances. Slight shifting is allowed on the final product.
- There are a few noted differences between the Raised Foil and Flat Foil Products.
Raised Foils come on the ultra soft-to-the-touch Suede stock with Matte finish ... so fancy! The Raised Foil is a bit aqueous in nature, as well. Imagine fingernail polish! However, because it's a thick layer of foil, it does have a tendency to spread ever so slightly. Therefore, we do not recommend Raised Foil being used in all situations, but by looking at your artwork, we can help determine what is best.
Flat Foils are definitely more of a conventional foil. It comes on our super-smooth Silk stock with a Matte Finish with great attention to detail and fine lines! We do not recommend the foiling of tiny text and objects as both our raised foils and flat foils do have a tendency to fill in tight spaces. Please keep these things in mind during the entire design process! - Border Warning: Although we do print borders often, we do always like to give the following warning. If they are trimmed the teeniest, tinyest, ittiest, bit crooked, it becomes very noticeable because of the border. It would otherwise not be noticed by the naked eye. We cannot guarantee perfect symmetry when a border is applied to the cards and a reprint/refund will not be offered if it is slightly "off." As I'm sure you've seen on our social media, many people still choose to take the risk and are happy with their borders. We just like to give this warning.
- A graphic design agency is no different than an architect. We do not build multiple "houses" for you to choose which one you want to live in. We build one house to the exact specifications that you want. The proofs we show to you are based upon the specifications that are "drawn out in the blueprint" or in our case the "design form".
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Due to the custom nature of our work, full payment must be cleared before we can begin any design or print work.
Shipping: We ship all printed goods via USPS priority or UPS/FedEx ground - therefore your FULL ADDRESS is required. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
