1. Tell us a little bit about your business or organization.
My name is Michelle Sprott and I’m the creator of Brunchnista.com the online destination for all things brunch and lifestyle. I created Brunchnista because I wanted a space to share a love for all the things I’m passionate about: cooking, eating, fashion, home decor, friendship and fellowship! 2. What little piece of advice would you share with a fellow entrepreneur? Be consistent and be unique. There are so many brands in the social media world it is hard to stand out, but the one thing that you can do that doesn’t require any money is consistency! Makes sure you voice and brand is consistent so people know what to expect from you! My brand is very pink and girlie and everyone knows that -- to the point where everyone sends me pink girlie things from all over the Internet. It makes me happy because my people identify with my brand on an aesthetic level. 
3. As you started your own business, what resources (book or podcast) have been an encouragement to you?
One podcast that has been a great encouragement me to me is Switch Pivot or Quit! Such an excellent resource for women in business. Also, a lot of my friends have blogs and they have been very inspirational: @kelawalker @inhershoesblog @demetrialucas Having friends so close to me be so successful, definitely gave me the motivation to start my own brand! "People think that the job is the problem but eventually you learn that it all starts and ends with you. Someone else could be perfectly happy doing your job. So now, it is about being on a quest to find your why, your happy." (Switch Pivot or Quit) 4. How was your experience with ShaynaMade? It was great! Like I mentioned, my aesthetic for my brand is very girlie and pink but also very glam and I wanted my business cards to reflect that. I had all the elements, but I just didn’t know how I wanted it organized visually!
