This form is a Client Agreement between you, the client, and
ShaynaMade
©. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to everything mentioned within this form and our policies. Please keep in mind that the purchase of business cards/printed goods does not include the creation of a logo design or custom artwork.
The goal of this form/agreement is to learn
as much as we can
about your design concept for this project. You, the client, are
responsible
for explaining the goals, content, and vision for your project. The information that you provide to us within this form is what will be utilized to design your business cards.

During the design process, our team will be bringing forth the design concept that you have explained in this design form.

For each new project or one that needs tweaking, we include initial proofs based upon the information given within this design form. Plus two revision cycles. Anytime the client gives us feedback and requests changes/tweaks, that is considered a revision cycle. The client is responsible for being detailed and specific through the entire design process. 99.9% of the time, we are able to complete the design within those included revisions. However, if additional revisions/tweaks are needed additional fees will apply.

I understand that I will receive initial proofs and two (2) revision cycles with this purchase. If additional revisions are needed, additional fees will be applied as laid out in the ShaynaMade policies.
