1. Tell us a little bit about your business. Everjensen is an online boutique that is sourced and personally curated. Our mission is to support mommies and babies with the best possible products to nurture their soles, spirits, and bodies. We are focusing on bringing the small momtrepeneur shops to the masses. We are also launching a podcast at the end of this month discussing the roles and responsibilities of mommies and daddies; and what happens when one or both parents work. It is called The Parent Gap. Our goal with the podcast is to create original content to explore the topic on finding balance in the modern family. 2. What little piece of advice would you share with a fellow entrepreneur? Keep Going ... 3. As you started your own business, what resources (book or podcast) have been an encouragement to you? I am a huge podcast listener, I always have something going in my ear. The Startup, Freakanomic, Boss Girl Creative, even the TED radio hour. And for books I am obsessed with anything from Brene Brown and Malcolm Gladwell, Winning by Jack Welch, and Hug your Customers by Jack Mitchell. 4. How was your experience with ShaynaMade? ShaynaMade has been so easy to work with. We came to her with an idea and basic logo and she made our vision happen. We by far had the most on trend, eye-catching business material at a recent conference and it has lead to a huge engagement from other creative entrepreneurs. { Gold foil business cards for the win! } 5. What is your favorite "pick-me-up" on a bad day? I am a sucker for a candle and a warm bath. Usually I have to De-toy the tub first, baths are no fun with foam numbers and rubber duckies.
